Training, Prevention and Return -To-Play

Learning objectives
The course aims to provide the scientific and methodological skills that allow to develop and organize specific training programs; with particular attention to injury prevention and return to play of athletes. In particular, the pathophysiological mechanisms of injuries and their management concerning the practice of football will be discussed.
Expected learning outcomes
The student will acquire skills regarding the methodology and management of athletes' training during return to play and the introduction of preventive activities with special attention to football.
