                  The course aims to teach the principal features of the notarial activity and the structure of the most important notarial deeds.

                  - Knowledge and ability to understand. Student must demonstrate the comprehension of the principal notarial deeds. - Applying knowledge. Student must demonstrate to be able to apply the legal categories necessary to write notarial deeds. - Autonomy of understanding. Student must be able to express legal concepts and to use the appropriate terms with argumentative capacity and property of language. - Ability of comprehension. Course syllabus
The course focuses from a practical perspective on some legal issues that the notary has to deal with in the actual economic and juridical context.
The professor will examine some notarial deeds in the different areas of his activity, focusing on its different parts and clauses.
The notary deeds will concern: (i) company law (such as share capital increase, mergers and acquisitions, incorporations); (ii) inter vivos deeds; (iii) inheritance law.

Prerequisites for admission
Recommended: Private Law.
Teaching methods
The course will be delivered in 20 hours of lessons. During the course the professor, together with italian Notaries, will explain some notarial deeds sharing their professional experience with the students.
Teaching Resources
Students will study their notes from each lesson and the material provided by the professor during the course.
Assessment methods and Criteria
The attendance of the 85% of the lessons is necessary to achieve the 3 Cfu of the course.
