Corso integrato di scienze interdisciplinari: chirurgie specialistiche con implicazioni oftalmiche

The overall objective of the course is to provide a general overview on some specialistic surgeries, potentially able to affect the visual system. Moreover, it aims to provide specific competences on the ophthalmologic assistance in surgical settings.

At the end of the course, the student will have a basic knowledge on some specialistic surgeries and their relationship with the visual system. Moreover, he/she will have acquired competences on the potential role of the orthoptist in surgical settings.
