Learning objectives
- to know the main paradigms and theories about psychiatric rehabilitation;
- to study the methods of the rehabilitation process and its integration with other treatments in psychiatry;
- to know the principles and the rules that define this specific field of activity and learn the responsibility of the psychiatric rehabilitation;
- to acquire knowledge, skills and experience to guarantee a correct improvement and evaluation of the rehabilitation programs;
- to know the main concepts of human sciences about the historical evolution of the values of psychiatric rehabilitation, including the ethical ones.
Expected learning outcomes
- to know and learn how to use rehabilitative interventions in the main psychiatric care settings;
- to learn how to create an appropriate care relationship with the patient and the family;
- to reach an adequate knowledge of assessment methods about mental health in order to guarantee proper interventions, contextualizing them into the social correct background.

More specific information on the delivery modes of training activities for academic year 2021/22 will be provided over the coming months, based on the evolution of the public health situation.

Assessment methods and Criteria
Assessment of the learning will take place through oral and written tests.
The evaluation criteria used will be the ability to list and organize the acquired knowledge as well as their applications for the resolution of short questions. The evaluation will be expressed in 30th and will be the result of the weighted average of the scores acquired in each module of the teaching. Ongoing written tests may be planned towards the end of the course. The results of the tests will be communicated to the students through online verbalization system of university.

ED Rehabilitation The rehabilitative techniques of eating disorders and their global, family, multi-professional responsibility depending on the age and severity of the disorder. The course highlight the main interventions.
