Learning objectives
The Laboratory aims to provide, with a practical approach to a case study, the principles, methods and techniques for the design of linear green infrastructures, with particular regard to greenways and linear tree systems.
Expected learning outcomes
Acquisition of the greenways planning and design basic principles, knowledge of the methods for landscape analysis and the techniques for potential users analysis in soft mobility, acquisition of techinal elements of design and the criteria for vegetation and materials choice in greenway design, knowledge of the legislation on public works, knowledge of national and international greenways experiences.

Assessment methods and Criteria
The workshop consists in case study design hat changes every year. Students, working in groups of 3/6 people, must prepare analysis, plan and project maps and resource census forms.
The exam includes the presentation and discussion of the work done. The evaluation is given to the group, acceptance is individual with the possibility of refusing the grade and completing / improving the work according to the indications of the teachers
