Learning objectives
The aim of the workshop is to provide an overview of the relation between international arbitration and EU law, identifying debated issues on this topic faced by case-law of the Court of Justice of European Union.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the workshop, students will gain knowledge of the fundamentals of arbitration law and of selected juridical questions pertaining to the relation between arbitration and EU law.
