Course syllabus and organization

Single session

Prerequisites for admission
Knowledge of main physiopathological mechanisms of regulation of cardio-circulatory, breathing and kidney homeostasis, included the acid-base balance.
Knowledge of the main methods of diagnostic imaging and laboratory medicine
Knowledge of the principles of medical and surgical therapy
Assessment methods and Criteria
ORAL WITH A WRITTEN PRESELECTION
The exam will consist of a first part written with scenarios of clinical situations concerning topics dealt with in the multiple choice lesson (1 or more right or all right or one more adequate than the others). The written exam will last 20 minutes and will consist of 10 questions. Each question is worth 2.5 points. To access the oral exam, you must reach the result of 6 correct answers out of 10 questions. The score of the written part will be a premise not conditioning the overall outcome of the exam which can be improved or worsened by the oral exam.
