Learning objectives
Make the Students conscious about the theory and practice of the principles that drive the Injury Prevention and the Functional Recovery to Return to Play after Injury.
Expected learning outcomes
The student will be required to have the knowledge of the foundation, theory and practice, of the Injury Prevention and Functional Recovery.

No prerequisites are required
Teaching methods
The theory lessons will be in the classroom, while the last one will be a practice lesson on the field.
The theory lessons consist in frontal teaching with Power Point slides and videos.
The practical lesson allows students to try on themselves the theoretical concepts acquired.
