Locomotor Pathology; Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine
A.Y. 2022/2023
Learning objectives
The course will provide general knowledge in the etiology and pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnostic processes and principles of the treatment of pathologies in the field of rheumatology, orthopedics and traumatology and plastic surgery. It will also provide skills in recognizing and assessing disability, clinical signs of patient recovering and deterioration, according to the principles of physical and rehabilitation medicine.
Expected learning outcomes
The student will be able to describe the characteristics of the main diseases in the field of rheumatology, orthopedics and plastic surgery, to indicate the main treatments of these diseases, with particular attention to the evaluation of disability and the methodologies in rehabilitation.
Lesson period: Second semester
Assessment methods: Esame
Assessment result: voto verbalizzato in trentesimi
