Learning objectives
- to study the etiopathogenetic mechanism of the main psychiatric disorders, improve the knowledge of psychopathological phenomena. Take a deeper look of the theoretical basis of the main treatments in psychiatry.
- to acquire the ability to develop an integrated approach to the patient, critically evaluating not only the clinical but also the rehabilitative, relational, educational, social and ethical features involved in the prevention, assistance, rehabilitation and recovery of the highest possible level of well-being;
- to acquire the cultural and professional features that guide the medical process, the diagnostic thinking, the rehabilitative intervention, considering the patients and the community, using these principles during work experiences in healthcare facilities
