Advanced Commercial Law - Models of Governance

Learning objectives
1) Knowledge and understanding. Students will be given a grounding in the fundamental concepts of the Italian corporate framework, in particular as regards the governance models and the duties and responsibilities of corporate actors.
2) Applying knowledge and understanding. Students will acquire analytical skills to allow them to select, interpret and apply the course concepts in practical cases, by employing a reasoned and legally sustainable approach.
3) Making judgments. Students will learn the scope and function of each of the course concepts and acquire the skills necessary to reach conclusions on the issues these raise, by employing a reasoned and legally sustainable analytical approach.
4) Communication skills. Students will develop the ability to express the knowledge they have learned by employing precise and appropriate language to make coherent arguments.
