Learning objectives
Students of this course will acquire a basic knowledge of the use of data within complex organizations to analyze, diagnose, and interpret events, processes and outcomes; a general knowledge of the basics of organization theory, organization design and human resource management processes; the fundamentals of data management and social network analysis
Expected learning outcomes
Students will be able to identify data sources and structure data collection in order to understand the basic organizational processes and to manage human resources through adequate data analytics.
