-Introduction to the course: the graduate as an "animal professional"
-The sources of law; the legal norm and the Italian legal system.
-Introduction to the law and the functioning of the European legal system. The EU law
-The buying and selling of animals. Guarantee actions; vices of the will and of the object; problems related to the sale.
-The damage caused by animals and the responsibility of the owner or keeper
-The justice: the civil and criminal judiciary. Judge's assistants and auxiliaries
-Animal Health and Welfare
-The health of pets and horses: the EU Reg. n. 429/2016
-Biosecurity plans in equine and pet establishments
-The identification of animals
-Crimes against feelings for animals and other penal laws for the protection of animals
-The protection and animal welfare in Community and national legislation
-Establishments and horse farms
-Pet establishments and farms
-The well-being during the transport of pets
-Transportation of horses: commercial transport, private transport
-Administrative fulfillment and relationship with the competent authority: official controls
-The discipline of animal reproduction.
-Knowledge of veterinary medicinal products law
