Cybersecurity Management

The course content is divided into four training modules, which focus on the introductory aspects of Cyber Security, how companies deal with logical security issues, management aspects (also through the creation of a management system model) and aspects organizational (i.e. inherent to the organization of human resources) necessary to deal with the problems of Cyber Security in a structured and effective manner.
The contribution of teaching to achieve the educational objectives takes place through the presentation of management systems and organizational models actually implemented in national and international companies.

The expected learning outcomes are related to the knowledge of the main technological, regulatory, managerial and organizational problems related to cyber security to develop orientation and decision-making skills in scenarios of medium variability and complexity.
