Learning objectives
The course aims to describe the functioning of the financial markets, focussing on the rule concerning issuers, intermediaries, market infrastructures and investor protection.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students will be able to understand the rules for raising capital and the regulations governing investement services andd market infrastructures.
