Learning objectives
The targets of the course are:
- learning the basics of Anatomy and Physiology of visual apparatus,
- ocular motility,
- binocular vision and basics of physio-pathologic optics;
- learning the physiological basics of visual function, ocular motility and mono/binocular vision;
- learning the general concepts about refraction defects.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the training cycle the student must have acquired complete knowledge of the physical, biological, biochemical and anatomo-functional mechanisms underlying visual function, binocular vision and ocular motility.
