L'insegnamento si propone di favorire la conoscenza, teorica e pratica, sui principi che governano il ritorno alla pratica sportiva ricercando il massimo recupero funzionale possibile di ogni individuo a seguito di un infortunio.
Expected learning outcomes
Lo studente acquisirà le conoscenze di base per impostare un programma di ritorno allo sport personalizzato in base al livello sportivo e al tipo di infortunio dell'atleta.

No prerequisites are required
Teaching methods
The theory lessons will be in the classroom, while the last one will be a practice lesson on the field.
The theory lessons consist in frontal teaching with Power Point slides and videos.
The practical lesson allows students to try on themselves the theoretical concepts acquired.

Assessment methods and Criteria
You will be asked to complete a questionnaire and a written paper in which to explain the planning of a functional recovery path in the field, according to the concepts learned during the course
