Learning objectives
The teaching is inserted among the characterising subjects of the curriculum in labour counselling of the degree course in Labour and Management. Through the comparative method and the critical analysis of the Italian regulation in the field of public employment services and income support for the unemployed, the course pursues the goal of offering rich and comprehensive knowledge not only of the most important juridical institutions that govern the labour market, but also of their impact on the functioning of that market.
