Pratical Training

The main purpose of the internship activity is to allow the student to put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired and aims to develop in the student a critical analytical capacity in the working context in which the Institution or host company operates. The internship experience also aims to train and develop in the student those soft skills necessary for the construction of a successful career path.

Through the practical activities carried out, the student has the opportunity to strengthen his communication skills, develop operational goals, promote synergies within work groups, and, through active participation in business processes, develop awareness of organizational and relational dynamics that characterize the working context. Finally, the internship experience aims to develop in the student a more precise idea of his own professional field, translating it into a moment of orientation capable of activating the awareness of the skills possessed and those yet to be strengthened and to direct his future work choices.
