Students are given an optional bibliography ("dossier" of articles)

Topics will be addressed by favoring an active teaching methodology and cooperative learning, creating a training setting that, through the analysis of typical situations, the presentation of cases, the use of role play, individual and group work, can offer students the opportunity to develop their group work skills and to practice them in the context of the group-class and in the internship experiences.

The course will include lectures and group practical training. The students will be prompt to conceptualize a specific research design and to collect data by administering some tests and semi-structured interviews with the purpose to familiarize with the qualitative research methodology. Practical training on qualitative data analysis and bibliography research will be also provided. In conclusion, the students will practice in groups to propose an idea of research project and to construct a semi-structure interview. Each group will present the idea of research project in class before the end of the course.

The course integrates lectures with activation of course participants, integrated with small group exercises (production of written material and related analysis, simulations of the practical test).
The presence in the classroom of education professionals is envisaged who, upon invitation by the teacher and in various capacities, can make a contribution related to their own way of interpreting professional writing.
Work materials are uploaded to the e-learning platform.
