Learning objectives
Teaching objectives and expected learning outcomes: - Ability to understand and analyze legal issues related to the selected practical cases. The student must demonstrate to have acquired an adequate ability to identify, understand and analyze the legal issues underlying the practical cases of European, constitutional and administrative law proposed, with particular attention to the profiles concerning the protection of fundamental rights. - Ability to revise with a critical sense and autonomy of judgment the issues involved in practical cases. The student must demonstrate the ability to analyze the normative and jurisprudential sources, as well as to adapt the learned legal notions and his own knowledge of the subjects of the program to the specific needs of the jurisprudential practice and, more specifically, of the drafting of legal acts. - Ability to identify solutions to practical cases. The student must demonstrate the ability to identify persuasive solutions to the concrete legal problems identified, showing that he/she takes into account the specificities and purposes of the individual legal act. - Practical ability to draft legal acts. The student must demonstrate that he/she has acquired the necessary tools to draft legal acts of various kinds with coherent argumentation and terminological mastery.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will have acquired: (i) a good ability to identify, understand and analyze the legal issues and problems underlying concrete cases, with particular reference to the profiles related to the protection of fundamental rights; (ii) the ability to critically analyze and rework the issues involved in practical cases; (iii) the ability to identify persuasive solutions to concrete legal problems; (iv) the necessary tools to draft legal acts with mastery of the legal terminology pertaining to the subjects covered by the program and to argue the theses advanced therein with consistency.
