Learning objectives
The course aims to develop students' knowledge of the law of obligations, leading them to understand the importance both theoretical and practical, with extensive recourse to case law.
The lessons include an open discussion on cases and problems.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student must have reached a good knowledge of the rationale of the rules on obligations and the ability to take motivated positions on the topics covered in the course.
