Learning objectives
The aim of this course is to provide in depth knowledge of pets' physiology of behaviour to optimise the management of their welfare.
Expected learning outcomes
Goals to achieve:1) knowledge and ability to understand: the student must demonstrate to acquire knowledge of the behaviour and welfare of dogs and cats;
2) Applied knowledge and ability to understand: the student must demonstrate to possess the indispensable concepts to establish links between the various topics covered, in order to develop the ability to critically analyse the measures to ensure adequate conditions of welfare of the dog and cat;

3) Communication skills: the student must demonstrate to be able to use an appropriate terminology, which allows him/her to adequately express the knowledge acquired.
4) Ability to learn: the student must demonstrate to be able, in total autonomy, to increase the knowledge of topics related to the behaviour and welfare of pets.
