Learning objectives
In continuity with the first-year course, students will apply the acquired knowledge to different themes relating to the complexity and plurality of the Arab world. The course will focus on fostering a direct approach to primary sources and promoting students' active participation in the class.
Expected learning outcomes
Students are expected to:
- find primary and secondary sources on their own regarding the specific topic covered during the course, and make original reflections on these sources;
- present the results of their research to their peers in a clear and coherent way, being able to encourage and steer the discussion on the matter.
