Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to illustrate the main results and provide some of the techniques specific to homological algebra applied to the study of triangulated categories.
Expected learning outcomes
To be able to use some techniques specific to homological algebra to study the fundamental properties of triangulated and derived categories in geometry and algebra.

Assessment methods and Criteria
The exam consists of an oral exam during which the student will be
asked to illustrate some contents of the program of the course in
order to evaluate her/his understanding of the contents of the course
and her/his ability in applying them by solving some exercises.
