Learning objectives
The course is aimed at providing knowledge of the main pathophysiological and clinical features of some pathologies of internist interest, with particular regard to some emergency situations. It aims to equip the student/student with specific skills to put him/her in a position to assess the complexity of the most common pathologies encountered in clinical practice and emergency settings.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course students will be able to:
- Recognize the main pathologies of internist interest and understand the pathophysiological basis of related medication therapies;
- Use therapeutic knowledge in clinical practice, even in complex situations;
- Dealing with and solving therapeutic problems of clinical cases.
