Learning objectives
The Laboratory of Education and Public Engagement aims to involve students in hands-on experiences of laboratory-based teaching and mathematical outreach, working alongside faculty members and departmental collaborators in the development and implementation
of such activities.
Through this training pathway, students explore various strategies for communicating mathematical concepts in a clear, accessible, and engaging way.
The planning and realization of activities and materials addressed to different audiences offer students the opportunity to reflect on the importance of teaching and communication methodologies in the transmission of knowledge within society

Expected learning outcomes
By the end of the laboratory, students will be able to support teachers in the design and implementation of small-scale educational or outreach projects, critically evaluate their effectiveness, and communicate the underlying scientific ideas with both accuracy and clarity.
