Learning objectives
The course aims to provide students with the cultural tools to be able:
To acquire knowledge on health and social management and on economic, organizational ground;
To acquire knowledge on labour and private law considering in particular citizens' right and judicial order;
To acquire knowledge of national and European legislation on health and social security;
To acquire knowledge of foundations of legislation of labour, social security, worker's right;
To acquire the ability to participate to the activities organized by district and hospital departments, in particular in health planning;
To acquire the ability to participate to the process of health care evaluation and improvement, measuring the customer's satisfaction;
To acquire the ability to use information and communication tools to interact with users groups.
