Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students with both theoretical and practical fundamentals, as well as the methodology and tools necessary to carry out a neuropsychological assessment for diagnostic, prognostic, specialist, or rehabilitative purposes.
In addition to providing basic knowledge of neuropsychological practice, the course aims to encourage students to have a critical perspective and a comprehensive understanding of the patient and family with whom he works. This helps them manage patient requests effectively by compensating for weaknesses and remaining skills.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
- Collect a neuropsychological history;
- Understand neuropsychological signs and symptoms;
- Acquire techniques for conducting a neuropsychological interview;
- Familiarize yourself with the main Italian neuropsychological tests;
