Project in Practice
A.Y. 2025/2026
Learning objectives
The "Project in Practice" is a capstone experience designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional practice. It provides students with a substantial, immersive experience in a real-world setting, such as a company, a research institution, or a field-based project.
This course aims to:
· Facilitate the transition from student to professional by placing learners in a practical work environment.
· Expose students to the operational realities, constraints, and workflows of a professional organization or field context.
· Enable the direct application of the multidisciplinary knowledge and practical skills acquired during the MERGED program to solve concrete problems.
· Develop key professional competencies, including teamwork, professional communication, adaptability, and managing deliverables under real-world deadlines.

· Adapt: Adjust their approach and learn new skills "on the job" in response to the dynamic demands of the work environment.
