Learning objectives
The course aims to provide students with elements in the fields of legislation, technical standardization, and business organization, with a particular attention to the activities related to food industry, distribution and service. In more practical terms, one of the course's goal is to provide the notion required to pass the exam for the access to the Biologists' Italian professional associations (National Federation of Biologist Orders).
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students should have developed the skills to fulfill with a self-confident and productive approach a future professional role, according to specific institutional competences.
