Learning objectives
The seminar aims to provide students with a theoretical and practical overview of the main topics in forensic neuropsychology. The goal is to deepen the understanding of neuropsychological implications in legal contexts, including the assessment of mental capacity, psychological expert reports in the judicial system, and the interaction between neuroscience and law. Students will be introduced to neuropsychological assessment techniques applied in forensic contexts, gaining skills in recognizing and understanding neuropsychological disorders relevant to criminal and civil responsibility.

By the end of the seminar, students will have gained a thorough understanding of the key topics in forensic neuropsychology, focusing on:
