Learning objectives
Track 5 focuses on the foundations of occupational health and safety, principles of healthcare system management, and the basics of public and global health. It addresses emerging health challenges and the types of interventions required, taking into account the social, cultural, economic, and environmental factors that contribute to health inequities.
Expected learning outcomes
By the end of the track, students are expected to understand the principles of occupational health and safety, the organization and management of healthcare systems, and the fundamentals of public and global health. They will be able to analyze emerging health challenges and design appropriate interventions, considering social, cultural, economic, and environmental determinants of health. Students will also develop the ability to recognize and address health inequities, applying a population-based and multidisciplinary approach to health promotion and disease prevention.
