Learning objectives
The course "AI in HRM and Leadership" aims to contribute to the MSc Management of Human Resource: people, data, and intelligent technologies by equipping students with a comprehensive understanding of how artificial intelligence is transforming HRM, work, and leadership. The course will enable students to critically analyze the opportunities, limitations, and risks associated with the adoption of AI and analytics in HRM systems and organizational processes. By developing a critical and evidence-based perspective on AI adoption, students will learn how to evaluate AI-enabled HRM practices, redesign HRM processes, and address the managerial and ethical challenges emerging from the use of AI in organizations. Particular attention will be devoted to the implications of AI for strategic HRM, job design, inclusion, fairness, and leadership in increasingly data-driven and AI-augmented workplaces.
