Learning objectives
- To understand the principles of bioengineering, the structure and the functioning of devices used for diagnosis and rehabilitation
- To understand the methodologies and aids for neurosensorial and motor dysfunctions.
Expected learning outcomes
To define the technologies used to build medical devices used for diagnosis and rehabilitation
To list their characteristics, describing similarities and differences, the advantages and any existing risks.
To describe and manage bioengineering methods and approaches. To solve simple mathematical problems.
To describe the functioning of the neurosensory and motor systems and to know technologies and devices available to assist and restore possible physiological dysfunctions
