Learning objectives
The course aims to provide students with the fundamental principles of general pathology, neuropathology, and general pharmacology. Particular attention is given to the understanding of disease mechanisms, neurological disorders, and the rational use of drugs in psychiatric rehabilitation settings.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
- describe the fundamental mechanisms of disease and the main neurological disorders;
- apply pharmacological principles to the rational use of drugs.
