Learning objectives
The course aims to provide students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to:
· Understand the role of clinical interviews and anamnesis in the neuropsychological diagnostic process.
· Develop the ability to conduct effective anamnesis interviews with patients affected by cognitive, neurological, or psychiatric disorders.
· Integrate information collected during the interview into diagnostic formulation and rehabilitation planning.
· Recognize ethical and professional considerations in the context of neuropsychological assessment.
Expected learning outcomes
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
· Conduct a structured anamnesis interview and obtain relevant information for clinical cases.
· Critically analyze the collected data and integrate it with other neuropsychological assessment results.
· Adapt their communication style to meet the specific needs of each patient.
· Recognize the limits of their competencies and effectively collaborate with other professionals.
