Learning objectives
In an extremely fluid economic and social context characterized by sudden accelerations, both in terms of tools and processes, it is increasingly important to master the skills and techniques needed to address new media scenarios. The objective is to analyze the new relationships between companies, organizations, and the infosphere, using new approaches and communication techniques that combine elements of humint intelligence, digital skills, and traditional communication. Specifically, the focus will be on analyzing the professions required for new market demands. We will also seek to define the potential interactions between Artificial Intelligence tools across all types of industries and organizations, both in Italy and internationally. Real-world case histories will be discussed, along with testimonials from key players in the media and business communities.
Expected learning outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will be able to address, with a good level of depth, the new communication models of complex organizations as well as the new skills required of a new class of professionals capable of managing processes.
