Learning objectives
The objective of the course is to learn the fundamentals for the description and classification of minerals and rocks.
Expected learning outcomes
The student will acquire the theoretical and practical methods for the recognition of natural materials (geomaterials) used by humans both as raw materials to be processed and directly as ornamental and structural elements of artifacts.
