Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to provide knowledge regarding training for performance factors: coordination, conditioning, and technical aspects, particularly related to tactical aspects, as well as the teaching of the game for competitive players (ages 14 to adulthood). It also provides technical, methodological, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including those related to new lines of research in methodological development and understanding the game.
Expected learning outcomes
Students will acquire the ability to: plan and conduct a training session using multiple approaches in relation to the objectives of competitive players, both in youth and senior team settings.
