Lab Labour Law and Ai (Artificial Intelligence)

Learning objectives
Starting with an overview of the first known applications of these technologies, the workshop aims to provide knowledge, skills and abilities relating to the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on human resource management in the healthcare sector, and the labour law implications of their adoption (e.g. permitted and prohibited uses; procedures for introduction into the company).
Expected learning outcomes
Following the workshop, students will be able to assess which AI tools for human resource management or used for the work performance can be adopted in healthcare companies and to develop introduction paths and methods of use in line with the legal framework (e.g. mandatory collective bargaining, authorisation, right to information).
