Learning objectives
The teaching aims to provide students with the practical skills and critical abilities required to select and apply the most appropriate analytical and/or preparative methodologies in the field of molecular biotechnology applied to agri-food systems.
Expected learning outcomes
At the endof the course, students will be able to identify the techniques and methodologies suitable for the analysis of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products within the agri-food supply chain. They will be able to apply these techniques correctly and also critically evaluate and interpret the resulting data. Furthermore, students will be able to critically address and solve problems related to the application of molecular biotechnology in agri-food systems.
