The Pathology in Labour, Birth and Puerperium

The student must know the semiotics for the obstetric diagnosis of pathological labour, of maternal neonatal risk, of pathological delivery, of pathological puerperium.
The student must understand the assistance in emergency/urgency.

Knowledge and understanding
The student must:
· acquire clinical skills to distinguish physiological from pathological labor, childbirth and puerperium and to modulate the best care
Ability to apply knowledge and understanding
· Ability to assist the emergency/urgency situations
· Ability to organize team work with efficacy and efficiency.
