The highest level of learning outcomes focuses on interpersonal and reflective abilities:

· Commercial Reflection: The ability to reflect on the application of your academic skills in a commercial or organizational context.

Expected learning outcomes
How it is assessed: To pass the course, you must demonstrate these outcomes in a final project report (usually 15-20 pages for a 15 ECTS project). The report typically requires you to describe the company, discuss the academic knowledge you utilized and acquired, and provide a deep personal reflection on your learning process and how your academic profile fits into an occupational context.
