Learning objectives
Knowing, selecting and applying theoretical models developed in order to analyze the interpersonal relationships within dyadic and group social inyteractions. Knowing, selecting and applying main rehabilitation models.

Al termine dell'insegnamento lo studente dovrà essere in grado di:
- applicare i modelli teorici sviluppati per l'analisi delle relazioni interpersonali all'interno di interazioni nel contesto professionale
- valutare gli elementi determinanti nella relazione interpersonale con particolare riferimento alla comunicazione verbale e non verbale all'interno di un'équipe multiprofessionale, tra operatori e figure di coordinamento, tra équipe operativa ed organi amministrativi e decisionali, all'interno ed all'esterno della struttura;
- risolvere problematiche professionali e relazionali nella prospettiva transculturale;
- valutare interventi e problematiche in ambito sanitario utilizzando come riferimento il modello olistico bio-psico-sociale
- analizzare e risolvere problemi legati allo stress ed al burnout nell'équipe professionale.

Assessment methods and Criteria
The global learning outcomes are evaluated through a written exam, planned during specific sessions, as per the degree regulations. No intermediate or early tests are planned outside these sessions. During the exam no study materials and notes are admitted.
The results of the exam are published on the teachers' MyAriel website. They are verbalized by the president of the exam commission through the university online procedure.
The written exam includes the tests of all the comprising modules, which contribute equally to determine the final evaluation result, expressed in thirthies. The specific test structure of each model is reported below:
General Psychology
The exam consists of a written test with 5 open-ended questions; students are invited to provide in a few lines short answers, strictly pertinent to the question. Students can express themselves in their own words; what will be valued in the final evaluation will be the correctness and close pertinence of the answer content to the specific question. Allotted time is 30 minutes.
Sociology
The exam consists of a written test with 2 open-ended questions and 10 multiple-choice questions. These include 4 possible answers, of which only 1 answer is correct. The final grade is expressed by adding the result of the first part (i.e. 5 points for each correct answer) with the result of the second part (i.e. 2 points for each correct answer). The time available to complete the test is 20 minutes.
Work and organizational psychology
The exam consists of a written test with 3 open-ended questions. The questions require the student to explain the answer to the question in a few lines. Each student can express themselves with their own words, and having correctly expressed a concept with respect to the question will be valued for the final evaluation. Allotted time is 30 minutes.
Demoethnoanthropological disciplines
The exam consists of a written test with 2 short open-ended questions (for each the maximum mark is 3 points) and 12 multiple-choice questions, each worth 2 points if the answer is correct. For the open questions, the assessment is based on the correctness of the answer and the use of the specific language of the discipline. Allotted time is 20 minutes.
