The traditional vocation of the law for stability and certainty is today undermined by the increasingly the ever-increasing demands of "fluidity" of regulation, in order to keep pace with rapid scientific and technological progress and the challemges of globalization, of which the current edidemiological emergency is an emblematic example. The cycle of lectures aims at providing an in-depth analysis of the main problems affecting the "system" of sources, both from a theoretical and a practical point of view and from an internal, European and comparative law perspective
