The course aims to analyze the relationship between criminal law and principles of constitutional relevance starting from some practical cases. Through the study of the relevant constitutional and supranational jurisprudence, students will develop possible strategies to solve the cases and to discuss them. The course aims to develop, therefore, in addition to the knowledge of the relationship between constitutional principles and criminal law, also the ability to deal with practical cases and to discuss them in public.
