The course aims to broach, through an interdisciplinary approach, the theme of forgery in its evolution starting from the Roman law legal experience, through the Middle Ages and up to the modern age and the nowdays legal questions particoularly in relationship with the informatics. The aim is to identify and understand the legal discipline applicable to it in different historical periods, pointing out lines of continuity and discontinuity.
