This cycle of seminars aims to address the subject "At the Margins: Boundary Artistic and Cultural Practices" in a diachronic and multidisciplinary perspective that meets the purposes of the doctoral course and its interdisciplinary nature. Indeed, the subject will be addressed in relationship to a plurality of artistic and cultural practices, with particular attention being paid to fine arts, cinema, and music. In particular, this cycle of seminars aims to create awareness around artistic, filmic, musical, theatrical and cultural practices "at the margins", intending with this expression both those that are boundary practices in that they are the result of the encounter between disciplines and/or cultures and those that lay the margins of scholarship due to being understudied. The cycle will also highlight the possible methodologies for studying this boundary artistic production.
