The course aims to provide participants with theoretical and methodological tools to critically analyze equality and inequalities in law from a gender perspective. The subject will be framed from a theoretical (philosophical and sociological) prospect and deepened with relation to penal, labor and ecclesiastic law. The course grants three CFU and is articulated into five classes. Regular attendance is mandatory (max one absence allowed) and a final evaluation is foreseen. Some readings to facilitate class discussion may be sent in advance to the participants by the course coordinator.
